The centralized chemical inventory system makes it easy to find information related to the chemicals throughout their lifecycles. This includes a detailed account of the chemical’s usage period, user group, and usage activity.

With millions of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in multiple languages in its Global SDS Database and the option for manual SDS upload, ChemCenter reduces the time and effort required to find the relevant information to ensure safe handling, storage, and usage of chemicals in your organization’s inventory. The inherent hazard is also efficiently evaluated based on the CLP classification extracted from the chemical’s SDS. Your exposure to chemicals can also be easily tracked in the system.

The reporting and documentation feature in ChemCenter collects and structures data from chemical management activities across your organisation. It allows you to export data within ChemCenter into Excel, XML, or PDF files. Ready-to-use dashboards and customizable report templates allow you to generate detailed summaries of risk assessments, substitutions, exposure registrations, and other key processes.

ChemCenter can be customized to your organization’s unique workflow, approval routines, and reporting needs. The system also supports configuration of automated workflows, custom notifications, and data views to adapt to your organization’s operational structure.

In ChemCenter, access is controlled through roles that define what information users can view and which actions they can perform. Users can be assigned one or more roles, ensuring appropriate access levels.

As a modern Progressive Web Application (PWA) with full offline functionality, critical information in ChemCenter can be safely accessed even in areas with limited or no network coverage such as workshops, process plants, basements, or offshore installations. In addition, activities and chemical exposures can be tracked offline then automatically synchronised online once internet connection is restored.
